Prepayments in the amount of 50% of total cost of reservation. Reservation can be changed or removed for 21 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or non-arrival in the room booked the prepayment will not be refunded. For groups, cancellation in 30 days, but withholding 10% of the total amount (penalties), regardless of the term of cancellation

Children under 4 years of age stay for free if no extra bed is required. Accommodation for guests aged 5 and older costs 500 UAH per night.
