Cancelation Terms / Prepayment

Prepayments in the amount of 50% of total cost of reservation. Reservation can be changed or removed for 21 days prior to arrival. In case of late cancellation or non-arrival in the room booked the prepayment will not be refunded. For groups, cancellation in 30 days, but withholding 10% of the total amount (penalties), regardless of the term of cancellation

Children and extra beds

Children until 4 without provision of extra bed acommodated free of charge. Cost of extra bed for children 4-10 years is 50-150 UAH depending on the period of stay. Acommodation of adults and children older than 10 years on extra beds costs 80-200 UAH depending on the period of stay.

Pets are not allowed.
